Error Code Analysis for Washing Machine Malfunctions

H1 - Temperature Sensor Malfunction Interpretation: Lack of reliable contact in the control circuit of the temperature sensor.

Probable Malfunctions:

  1. Check circuits to identify problematic areas for repair or replacement.
  2. Malfunction in the thermal sensor - replace the thermal sensor.

H2 - Electric Heater Defective Interpretation: Electric heater fails to heat water to the desired temperature.

Probable Malfunctions:

  1. Oxidized or weakened contacts - tighten and clean contacts.
  2. Malfunction in the electric heater - replace the electric heater.
  3. Electronic controller failure - replace burnt parts or the entire controller.

H3 - TEN Constantly On (Strong Water Overheating) Interpretation: Malfunction in the temperature sensor or main control unit board.

Probable Malfunctions:

  1. Malfunction in the temperature sensor - replace the thermal sensor.
  2. Malfunction on the main board of the control unit - replace failed parts or the entire board.

H4 - Closing the Triac of the Water Valve Interpretation: Defect in the control circuit triac of the water valve.

Probable Malfunctions:

  1. Check wiring, tighten contacts, replace problematic parts in the circuit.
  2. Faulty elements on the main board of the control unit - replace burnt parts, repair contact tracks, or replace the entire board.

H5 - Bilge Pump Malfunction Interpretation: Water from the tank is not pumped out.

Probable Malfunctions:

  1. Clogged bilge pump filter - clean the pump filter.
  2. Broken position of the drain hose - restore hose position as per instructions.
  3. Problems with the drain hose - clean hose from dirt, eliminate excesses.
  4. Fault in the water-pumping pump - replace the pump.

H6 - Motor Thermistor Fault Interpretation: Malfunction in the triac, no signal for the triac from the control board, or open circuit inside the motor.

Probable Malfunctions:

  1. Replace the triac if malfunctioning.
  2. Repair or replace the control board if no signal for the triac.
  3. Replace the motor in case of an open circuit inside.

H7 - Water Level Sensor Fault Interpretation: Mechanical part of the latch of the hatch locking device malfunctioning, pressostat failure, defects in wiring, or malfunctions on the electronic module board.

Probable Malfunctions:

  1. Repair or replace the UBL (hatch locking device).
  2. Replace the pressostat.
  3. Service contacts, replace faulty wiring.
  4. Repair the board or replace the module completely if malfunctions occur.
